“Yoga is the practice of quieting your mind.”—Patanjali

Treat yourself to a deeply nurturing massage experience during your time in Barbados. As a fully UK-trained therapist and honours graduate of the renowned Tisserand Institute in London, I blend professional skill with an intuitive, holistic approach to relaxation and wellbeing.

Each one-hour treatment is thoughtfully tailored to you, using my own handmade essential oil blends and soothing hot stones on the back to encourage deeper muscle release and complete relaxation.

My specialities include:
• Deep Tissue Aromatherapy Massage
• Reflexology
• Indian Head Massage
• Indian Face Massage (Facial Rejuvenation)

Every blend I create is based on my specialist training in the therapeutic and pharmacological properties of over 60 essential oils, allowing treatments to support not only physical tension, but also emotional balance and deep rest.

What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a truly holistic therapy using only essential oils and considering the mind, body and spirit The oils work on the following levels:

* Psychosomatic - “From the mind to the body”, making one just feel better, which can have a tremendous therapeutic effect on physical symptoms

* Physical - Through massage essential oils penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream. They boost our immune system, balance hormones and are the most potent anti-bacterial agents.

* Balancing - Through massage and the subtle energies. These oils are concentrated energy carriers and messengers nourishing all life from an unseen reservoir of light.

What is facial rejuvenation (Indian Face Massage)?

Facial rejuvenation, also called Indian face massage, is a natural face-lift through massage. It is a gentle noninvasive approach to looking younger.

Using only the pads of the fingers and mound of flesh at the base of the thumbs, the masseuse lifts and frees the

Yoga Classes

Traditional Himalayan Yoga

My yoga classes are rooted in the Himalayan tradition, focusing on deep, conscious diaphragmatic breathing rather than fast or strenuous movement. I guide each class slowly and intentionally, creating space for you to build awareness, steadiness, and a meaningful connection between breath and body.

We begin with gentle centring, using mindfulness of the body and breath to help you arrive fully into the present moment. From there, I introduce Shivasan Ang Sanchalan — a classical yogic practice that synchronises breath with subtle limb movements to nourish the joints, improve mobility, and deepen body awareness.

The physical practice blends steady, grounded postures that gradually build strength and flexibility, alongside slow, flowing sequences designed to gently energise the body. Classes conclude with deeply restorative, supported yin-style stretches, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice.

I design each session with a unique focus on a particular area of the body while still offering a balanced, full-body experience that includes stretching, strengthening, and simple balancing practices. Classes are suitable for all levels, and I offer variations and options throughout, encouraging you to move at your own pace and honour your individual needs.

My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself. This is a nourishing, inward-focused practice, ideal for those seeking a gentler, more traditional approach to yoga that supports both physical wellbeing and inner stillness.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are warmly welcome.

Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga

My Yin Yoga classes offer a slow, gentle and deeply introspective space to unwind and reconnect. In this quiet, nourishing practice, postures are held for longer periods, allowing you to settle into the body, soften the breath, and explore your inner landscape. Yin provides a calming and restorative balance to more active styles of yoga, supporting deep release and nervous system regulation.

I guide the practice using a few simple, supportive principles:

Finding your edge — gently moving into a place of mild, sustainable sensation rather than pain, and learning to listen closely to the body’s signals.

Embracing stillness — once the body is comfortably supported, the practice becomes one of observation, breath awareness and presence.

Allowing time — postures are typically held for three to five minutes, gently working into the deeper connective tissues, joints and fascia, encouraging gradual release and improved mobility.

Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are generously offered to support the body, helping you feel safe, comfortable and deeply held within each posture. You are invited to soften effort, let go of striving, and simply rest into the experience.

My intention is to create a calm and nurturing environment where you can slow down, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive for those seeking relaxation, improved flexibility, stress relief, and a quieter, more meditative yoga practice. You are warmly welcome whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice.

“The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.”~ B.K.S. Iyengar
